Contemp. blindstamped pigskin over wooden boards with 2 brass clasps. - Partly brownstained in the outer margins, 1 map with long marginal tear, tear off at 1 plate (slight loss of illustration), 5 doublepage plates with marginal tear (3 in the gutter), 1 text leaf with marginal tear, few folding plates with publisher's creases, front pastedown with entries by old hand. Binding slightly rubbed.
