Edges partially minimally bumped. The corners partly with minor crease marks, the lower margin with small tear. All in all with soft traces of rubbing and scratch marks respectively.
Gouache and pencil.
Inscribed "Haus Sievers Feldbrunnenstr. / Architekt: Holzapfel / Malerei: Lange-Brock 1925 / Malerm: Platon&Sohn" lower left. With the estate stamp on the reverse of the backing. On firm paper, firmly mounted on backing. 45,6 : 53,9 cm (17,9 : 21,2 in), the full sheet. August Lange-Brock was both prolific and versatile: apart from book illustrations, theatre scenery, documentary and commercial graphics, he also designed interiors, of which the present wall in expressive colours for Sievers House in Feldbrunnenstraße, Hamburg, is a prime example.
