Signed in upper center. Verso inscribed, presumably by a hand other than that of the artist. On creme board. 26.2 x 29.2 cm (10.3 x 11.4 in), the full sheet.
This watercolro was made in connection with the oil painting of the same name from 1928/29 (Gordon 916, Galerie Henze & Ketterer, Wichtrach).
• Fine watercolor in strong colors and with superbly nuanced brush contours.
• Of pictorial effect.

The work is documented at the Ernst Ludwig Kirchner Archive, Wichtrach/Bern.
