Dube R 147. Gercken 612. Signed. Monogrammed in the plate. Lower margin titled and inscribed by a hand ther than that of the artist. Verso with stamp "Unverkäuflich E.L. Kirchner" and with the estate stamp (Lugt 1570b) and the hand-written number "R 145". One of to date 3 known copies. On copper plate printing paper. 15.8 x 11.7 cm (6.2 x 4.6 in). Sheet: 27 x 29 cm (10,6 x 11,4 in).
Kirchner always labeled one proof of his graphic works 'not for sale' and kept it for documentation purposes in his possession.
Splendid burred print of this rare etching.
